Sentry is Bringing Bougie Croissants to ATO

Greetings, All Things Open. My name is Chad Whitacre and I am the Head of Open Source at Sentry, the developer-centric, open-source application monitoring platform that you know and on a scale of 0 to 10 are 8 likely to recommend to a friend or colleague. Speaking of colleagues, I’ll be attending with two, staffing the booth and eating pastries from lucettegrace together if I can help it, which seems likely.

What are we there to talk about? Sentry, obvs. We just announced some sweet new product features including Performance Issues, Profiling, Dynamic Sampling, and Session Replay. We’ll talk about application monitoring, developer experience, shipping code. We’ll talk about open source, community-building, self-hosting, licensing, and the like. We’ll be announcing the results of our annual FOSS Fund Fest at the conference, so watch for that (here’s last year). And of course we’ll talk tech. We’re bringing a talk on mypy from one of the core devs, but we’ll happily geek out with you on all the latest and greatest and oldest skoolest that’s out there.

I look forward to meeting you all!
