AWS at ATO 2022

AWS is looking forward to attending All Things Open next week! We will have an exciting presence as the Amazon Open Source and AWS Amplify teams will be there. As Open Source Software becomes more important than ever, we are excited for the opportunity to get together and share ideas with as many community members as possible. We have many OSS projects to walk through.
Matt Auerbach from the AWS Amplify team will be speaking Tuesday Nov 1st at 3:45 pm ET and will be joined on stage with Max Mizzi from the Major League Hacking. Their session, A Framework for Onboarding Open Source Contributors, will talk through how AWS Amplify scaled and grew their contributor program and share best practices along the way. You’ll hear more about how Amplify leveraged the MLH Fellowship to seed and scale the contributor community. Lastly, Matt will talk about community building and share how the Amplify Discord grew from 0 to 18K members.
