Session: Bringing Web2 Devex to Web3: Developing Blockchain Applications in Rust
The blockchain ecosystem is still in the early days and has many faults to address before it is ready for widespread adoption of users and developers. In the last year, we’ve seen some of the biggest crypto hacks with losses of over $1B. In this talk, I’ll give a live demo of how developers can leverage Fuel Lab’s Rust-based DSL, Sway, to develop high performance applications in blockchain’s adversarial environment. We’ll start from first principles, and attendees can expect a walkthrough of blockchain development 101 all the way up to the bleeding edge technology that Fuel Labs is working on to scale Ethereum’s throughput.
