Major League Hacking (MLH) empowers the next generation of developers through immersive learning opportunities. The 500k+ global member community participates in hackathons and the MLH Open Source Fellowship.

The MLH Fellowship is a powerful way for software engineering leaders to give back to the Open Source ecosystem. The initiative nurtures tomorrow’s Open Source maintainers and contributors. Over three months, MLH Fellows refine hard and soft skills needed to join high-performing teams at partners including Meta, GitHub, and Amazon.
