Karen Chu is a Senior Community PM on the Microsoft Azure Cloud Native Upstream team with a focus on open source tools such as Helm, CNAB, Brigade, Open Service Mesh (OSM), Krustlet, and more. Having participated in the cloud native community since 2015, she is a CNCF Ambassador, CNCF TAG Contributor Strategy bootstrap member, Kubernetes Code of Conduct Committee member, meet-up organizer, and conference organizer. She has also worked on The Illustrated Children’s Guide to Kubernetes book series. When she’s not connecting dots in the community, you can find her pursuing photography, throwing pottery, and sipping on chai lattes.
